Racine Early Readers Program
The Racine Early Readers Program is an early childhood literacy and learning initiative designed to promote kindergarten readiness and nurture a lifelong love of reading among children ages 0–5 in Racine. As part of the Racine Early Readers Program, this initiative supports early childhood development through engaging, themed Storytime Discovery take-home kits. The literacy kits that make reading fun, accessible, and family-centered.
El programa de Lectores Tempranos de Racine es una iniciativa de alfabetización y aprendizaje en la primera infancia diseñada para promover la preparación para el jardín de infancia y fomentar un amor de por vida por la lectura entre los niños de 0 a 5 años en Racine. Como parte del programa, esta iniciativa apoya el desarrollo en la primera infancia mediante kits temáticos de “Descubrimiento de Cuentacuentos” para llevar a casa. Estos kits de alfabetización hacen que la lectura sea divertida, accesible y centrada en la familia.

Brief Description of Program:
The Racine Youth Peace Initiative aims to reduce violence, promote peace, and empower at-risk youth in
Racine, WI, by providing them with the skills and knowledge needed to make positive changes in their lives
and communities. The program will include interactive workshops, community service, and leadership
development opportunities.
