The CEO's of Tomorrow Training Program is an innovative program designed to educate, & inspire, empower, & educate the City of Racine's next generation of tomorrow's leaders, while helping foster innovation, promote economic development, and create jobs. Our program is success driven, and we believe that with the right tools and guidance, our participants can positively impact their families & communities and expand their horizons. We also believe that businesses help to create jobs, decrease crime rate among our youth, and promote social entrepreneurship. We are committed to helping our participants achieve their dreams by providing them with the skills, tools, and mentorship they need to succeed.
